This hotel offers a breathtaking location with stunning views and excellent hot springs, but the dining experience leaves much to be desired. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making our stay quite enjoyable. The service is outstanding, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. Overall, while the amenities are remarkable, improvements to the food options would elevate the experience considerably.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The ambiance was perfect for our honeymoon, and the thermal hot springs were the highlight of our visit. The staff was professional and helpful, though not overly chatty. The location provides stunning views and the private hot springs just for hotel guests were amazing. However, the dining prices were a bit on the high side, and we wished the breakfast was served on-site instead of a short drive away.
Our stay at the resort was unforgettable, with beautiful surroundings and well-maintained grounds that made us feel like we were in a tropical paradise. The hot springs and spa were exceptional, providing relaxation like no other. While the rooms were comfortable, we did experience a clogged shower drain which was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, the value for money was excellent, considering the luxury ambiance and the amazing dining options available.
I had the most incredible stay at Tabacon Resort & Spa! The hot springs are absolutely beautiful, and having exclusive access to Shangri-la Gardens made it feel like we were in our own paradise. The rooms were spacious and modern, but the dining options could be a little hit or miss, with some dishes that could have used more variety. Overall, it's a wonderful getaway, particularly for relaxation and enjoyment of nature.
My stay at the hotel was incredible, with mesmerizing volcano views and rejuvenating thermal waters. The staff provided exceptional service, making everything feel special. The dining was memorable, offering delicious food and drinks, but I did find myself wishing for more time at the spa. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking and really added to the overall experience. However, a minor downside was the damp smell in the room that I noticed upon arrival.
